I have been working with Dan Fried and Capital Concierge for over 7 years now. I am a developer and property owner in Ottawa. We started with a small 11 unit condo building in the Hintonberg area. I have found with capital that they are much more accountable then some of there competitors. Even with such a small building they gave my building the attention as if it were a 100 unit complex. Since that time we have worked together on other larger projects. Dan Fried has been always competent, respectful, very professional with all services and contractors, very experienced with respect to day to day management issues as well as the more complex performance audit, etc. He is always available and responds literally within minutes to any enquiry form any member of the condo corp.
